David Uehling is an experienced professional in the field of medicinal chemistry, currently serving as Director and Senior Chemist at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since January 2009. David Uehling leads initiatives in drug candidate design and synthesis for oncology projects, focusing on identifying and evaluating new biological targets. Previous experience includes working as a Pharmaceutical Researcher at GSK from January 2000 to October 2008 and as an Associate at Kelco Roofing in 1980. David Uehling holds a series of advanced degrees in chemistry, including a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and postdoctoral research at both Harvard University and Yale University.
