Alfonso Soriano is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in cash management and strategic treasury operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Cash Management at the Ontario Financing Authority since February 2001, Alfonso oversees the centralized cash management for the Province of Ontario, managing an annual cash flow exceeding $1 billion. Prior to this role, Alfonso co-founded Rehab 2000, Inc. and served as Director from 1994 to 2001, successfully establishing a multi-location healthcare company with stable seven-digit revenues and negotiating key contracts with health institutions and financing sources. Earlier in the career, Alfonso held the position of Assistant Treasurer at Curragh, Inc. from 1989 to 1994, where strategic treasury management efforts included modernizing methods for hedging foreign exchange and interest rate risks. Alfonso holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines.
