Richard Cross is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture, site reliability engineering, and technology management. Currently serving as a Cloud Architect at OnSite Partners, LLC since September 2024, Richard has also been a Teaching Assistant at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business since September 2013. Previous roles include Senior Site Reliability Engineer at AEP Energy and Truepill, as well as a CEO at fiberxl.com, a fiber internet service provider. Richard's career includes significant positions at HERE Technologies, Bank of America, and other technology ventures, complemented by an MBA from The University of Chicago and a PhD in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
