Heideh Matterson, MD, currently serves as the Chair of the Data and Safety Monitoring Board of Directors for a multi-center clinical trial of a neonatal biotherapeutic drug at Parexel since May 2024. With extensive experience as a Clinical Neonatologist at NYC Health + Hospitals and Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc., both positions held since November 2019 and July 2015 respectively, Heideh also completed a Senior Clinical Fellowship in Neonatology at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust from June 2023 to July 2024. Prior training includes a Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship at NYU Langone Medical Center and a Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Heideh obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
