Brenda McBride, MD, is a prominent leader in mental health and nutrition, currently serving as the Founder and Executive Director of the Mental Health Training Institute since October 2024, aimed at equipping leadership teams to tackle mental health challenges in the workplace. In addition, Brenda McBride holds the position of Chief Medical Officer and Director of Pediatric and Adolescent Care at Onrise Care since November 2019 and has owned Main Line Integrative Nutrition since July 2013, specializing in elite sports nutrition and medical nutrition for mental health and food sensitivities. Educational credentials include an M.D. from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University, and studies at The Baldwin School and the University of Arizona.
