Alexa Cortés Alfaro has work experience at two companies. From January 2021 to July 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at BVmedia. Alexa'sresponsibilities included resolving customer concerns, establishing effective relationships with customers, and managing difficult customer situations. From August 2021 to March 2022, they served as a Workforce Manager Jr at BVmedia. Alexa Cortés Alfaro began their education in 2019, completing the International Baccalaureate program and earning their High School Diploma in 2020. Alexa then pursued further education at Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2021 to 2023, obtaining a Technician's Diploma in Graphic Design.
In addition to their formal education, Alexa has also obtained various certifications. In November 2020, they completed certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Design Thinking, Fundamentos de Marketing Digital, and Success Mindset through HP LIFE. In August 2020, they received a certification in Cybersecurity from Rocket Girls.
More recently, Alexa obtained certifications in Fundamentos de la Comunicación and Herramientas para el manejo de conflictos from Crehana in June 2022. In May 2022, they completed a certification in Design Thinking para tus proyectos y tu vida from Rocket Girls. Additionally, in February 2022, they earned a certification in Metodologías Ágiles de la Comunicación from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
