Cahya Nur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2009, they worked as a Customer Relation Executive at Telkom until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Audit Staff at PERTAMINA EP. Next, they joined PT Adira Quantum Multifinance in 2011 as a Billing Process specialist, where they provided support in managing corporate documents and ensuring compliance. In 2013, Cahya joined Metrocom Global Solusi, PT as a Project & Sales Officer, responsible for tracking tender announcements, preparing registration documents, and assisting the procurement team. Since 2016, they have been working at OnlinePajak as a Senior Customer Success professional, optimizing tools usage and integration to improve customer support performance. Cahya also created a conversation flow and built a ChatBot to enhance customer experience and knowledge base views.
Cahya Nur has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universitas Pancasila. Additionally, Cahya Nur has obtained the Service Hub Software Certified certification from HubSpot in June 2021.
