Namrata Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, client success, and project management in various organizations. Currently, Namrata serves as the Head of Account Management for HireRight since February 2024. Prior to this role, Namrata worked at SMFG India Credit as a Senior Manager focusing on Project Management and Process Improvements in Customer Experience from July 2023 to January 2024. Namrata’s previous experience includes a significant tenure at IDfy from January 2019 to July 2023, holding multiple senior management positions, and earlier roles at Sterling Talent Solutions, Ocwen Financial Corporation, and Grandeur Interiors. Namrata holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Service Excellence from Welingkar Institute of Management and a graduate degree in Business/Commerce from Mumbai University.
