Linda Johnson began their career at Pfizer in 1991 as an Executive Director. Linda later held the same position at ONL Therapeutics. In their most recent role, they served as Senior Vice President of Operations at ONL Therapeutics before retiring.

Linda Johnson attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors Degree) and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and Bacteriology.
