Tara McDowell, PMP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and strategic operations. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at Onix Networking Corp., Tara has previously held key roles, including Senior Consultant at the same company and Program Manager/PMO Officer at Macmillan Learning and Macmillan Science and Education. Tara's expertise encompasses overseeing large-scale projects, including the $20+M New York Campus Program, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, and infrastructure initiatives. Additional leadership experience includes serving as National Co-Chair for The Young & Powerful Group, and as a Program Manager for CTB McGraw Hill, where Tara managed large-scale educational solutions. Tara holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Florida State University.
