Nara Luisa Xavier has worked for four companies in the past five years. Nara started at Onfly in 2022 as a Sales Ops. Prior to that, they worked at Falconi from 2019 to 2021 as an Intelligence/Gestão do Conhecimento. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Estagiário de Document Control at Hatch. Before that, they were an Estagiário de biblioteconomia at Assembleia Legislativa Do Estado De Minas Gerais from 2017 to 2018.

Nara Luisa Xavier completed a Bachelor's degree in Library Science from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2019, after having completed a Licentiate in Letters from the same university in 2015. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Power BI from Niteo and a Bootcamp Developer of Business Intelligence from the Instituto de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação.
