Aaron Stroud-Romero currently holds the position of SVP of Global Operations at OneWorld Health, where responsibilities include developing financial plans, managing international project performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and training staff in financial systems. Previously, Aaron served as the Regional Director for East Africa at OneWorld Health, overseeing program activities and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Prior consulting roles included independent consultancy focused on savings groups and microfinance, as well as process improvement at Rakai Counsellors Association. Additional experience includes a tenure as Director of Finance and Operations at New Horizons Ministries and serving as a Community Development and Health Extension Worker with the Peace Corps. Aaron's educational background includes degrees from Xavier University and Eastern University.
