Rick Young is an experienced sales professional in the yacht industry, currently serving as Sales Director at OneWater Yacht Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rick held several managerial positions including Sales Manager at HMY Yacht Sales, National Sales Director at Denison, and General Manager at Grande Yachts International and Silver Seas Yachts. Rick's extensive career also includes working as District Manager at Marine Max and Regional Manager at Olympic Boat Centers. Rick began the journey in the industry as General Manager at Newport Boats. Rick holds a degree from Montana State University-Bozeman, completed between 1981 and 1985.
