Séga Diop has a diverse work experience in the fields of software development, project management, and entrepreneurship. Séga is currently working as a Full Stack Engineer at OneUp since April 2021. Previously, they were the Founder and General Manager of MADICORP, an IT services and application development company based in Senegal, from October 2014 onwards. At MADICORP, they focused on providing transparent and flexible information system management solutions using both proprietary and open-source technologies.

Before that, Séga worked as a Software Craftsman Java/Angular at Wemanity Group from May 2019 to April 2021. Séga also served as a Software Development Consultant at Altran from April 2018 to April 2019, where they audited existing Angular projects and implemented an AngularJs boilerplate with better architecture patterns. Additionally, they helped design and implement a centralized architecture for different HMIs.

Prior to Altran, Séga worked as a Technical Project Manager at Econostic from August 2017 to April 2018. Séga was responsible for managing technical projects during this time. Séga also gained experience as an Engineer in Studies and Development at Atos from December 2015 to April 2018.

Furthermore, Séga has been an entrepreneur. Séga founded SenNatalePro, a startup that democratizes professional photo sessions, from July 2015 to December 2016. During this time, they offered free photo sessions to encourage customers to try their services, confident in the quality of their photos.

At the beginning of their career, Séga worked at Econostic as an IT Infrastructure Manager from September 2013 to July 2014. Séga also completed a software developer internship at Econostic from July 2013 to October 2013.

Séga Diop's education history is as follows:

Between 1998 and 2009, Séga Diop attended Cours Sacrée-Coeur Dakar and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sciences biologiques et sciences physiques.

From 2010 to 2012, Séga Diop studied at l'Institut des Hautes Etudes de Tunis (IHET) and earned a Licentiate 2 degree in informatique de gestion.

From 2012 to 2014, Séga Diop attended SUPINFO and completed a Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.S.) degree with a focus on Ingénierie informatique.

In 2017, Séga Diop enrolled in MongoDB University for a brief period, completing a course titled "MongoDB For Developers (python)".

Additionally, in January 2020, Séga Diop obtained an AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In February 2020, Séga Diop also obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from AWS.
