Sid Eswaran is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at OneTrust, focusing on Data and AI Governance since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sid served as a Senior Software Engineer at Possible and held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Uber, where responsibilities included designing a software system for coordinating background checks for drivers globally. Sid’s extensive experience at Amazon spanned from 2009 to 2022, including roles as Senior Software Development Engineer, where system designs for inventory transfer and visibility were implemented, as well as contributing to international logistics and transportation network systems. Earlier career experience includes software development at BrowserStack, research at the University of Oxford, and positions at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Microsoft Research India, and ATC Labs. Sid holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Research Studentship in Active Computer Vision from the University of Oxford.
