Brandon Quarles is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at OneTrust since July 2023, Brandon previously held the position of Senior Talent Advisor at VMware from August 2021 to June 2023. Prior to VMware, Brandon was the Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager at TriState Capital Bank, where responsibilities included leading recruitment for banking services across multiple states. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at UPMC, an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems, and an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Brandon also began a career in marketing as an Account Executive Intern at MMI Marketing. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from PennWest California.
