Michelle Tat, PhD, is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in analytics and predictive modeling across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at OneStudyTeam since October 2021, Michelle leads analytics engineering initiatives, implements automated dashboards, and develops predictive models to enhance clinical trial enrollment forecasts. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at Cohere Health, where Michelle focused on surgical risk prediction and impact analysis for musculoskeletal care. As a Senior Data Scientist at Haven, a healthcare venture by Amazon, JP Morgan, and Berkshire Hathaway, and in various analytics positions at athenahealth and the City of Boston, Michelle has consistently driven data-driven insights and infrastructure improvements. Michelle holds a PhD from Arizona State University and dual bachelor's degrees from The Ohio State University.
