Ray Scruggs has extensive experience in management consulting and enterprise performance management (EPM), currently serving as Strategic Customer Advisory at OneStream Software since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ray held various leadership positions, including VP - Senior Partner at Genpact, Managing Director of the US Oracle EPM Practice at KPMG, and Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services. Ray also has a background as Senior Manager at both Ernst & Young and Deloitte, and managed consulting efforts at Answerthink. Earlier career experiences include roles in corporate finance at AIG and regional franchise finance at Domino's Pizza. Ray holds a degree in Business with a focus on Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
