Ryan Madden is an experienced financial operations professional with a strong background in billing and process transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Operations at OneSpan since November 2020, Ryan has held previous roles including Senior Manager in Billing Process and Transformation at Ensono and Senior Manager of Global Billing at Cheetah Digital. Ryan's career began at AEP Energy, managing billing and utility services for four years, followed by roles at Inteliquent and Rotary International, focusing on billing management and quality assurance. Ryan also contributed to marketing strategy development at Technology Sourcing Inc., and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Eastern Illinois University, along with a study abroad experience in International Business from Dublin City University.
