Kevin Verbeke has over 15 years of experience in customer support and technical roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support EMEA at OneSpan since November 2008. Previously, Kevin held various positions at OneSpan, including Customer Support Manager EMEA, Incident Manager, Senior Customer Support Engineer - Team Coach, and Customer Support Engineer. Before joining OneSpan, Kevin worked as a 2nd line Support Analyst at Citibank from March 2007 to October 2008 and as a 1st Line Helpdesk at Elan IT from October 2006 to March 2007. Early career experience includes a role at LMS as part of a student website project. Kevin holds a degree in Multimedia from Erasmushogeschool Brussel and has attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Jan Van Ruusbroeckollege.
