Peda Venki Pola has extensive experience in the software industry, with their most recent role being the Co-Founder & CTO / CPO of OneShot.ai. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as a Software Architect, where they oversaw technical architecture for multiple scrum teams and had daily collaboration with various company executives. Peda Venki'sresponsibilities included writing technical documentation, coaching tech leads, and driving non-functional requirements for software areas. Peda Venki also had impactful projects that directly contributed to revenue. Before their role as a Software Architect, they held positions as a Principal Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer at Salesforce. Additionally, Pola worked at Dimdim as a Software Engineer and at Vimukti Technologies as a Software Intern early in their career.

Peda Venki Pola completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 2006 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification as an Advanced Javascript developer from Brainbench in November 2011.
