In 2010, they were a Board Member for EffectiveSC, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing tangible reform to the way students learn and teachers teach. In 2006, they were a Fellow for The Center for Leadership Initiatives, specializing in international project management, focused on workshop design & facilitation, specialized international recruiting, non-profit management consulting, team-building, facilitation & mediation, and international conference-facilitation. Elias A. was also a Facilitator/Consultant for the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation.

Elias A. Parker attended Western University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and Social Justice/Peace Studies. Elias A. then went on to Royal Roads University to pursue a Masters Degree in Ethno-Political Conflict Analysis & Management.
