Maxime Casanova is a PhD Researcher in Turbulence Modeling and Data Science at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab, where research focuses on enhancing RANS models through data assimilation. Additionally, Maxime is an Ultralight Aircraft Student Pilot at Tomka Aviation and will take on a teaching role in Fluid Mechanics at Sorbonne Universités in early 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Scientist in Natural Language Processing at ALTEN, a Data Scientist Intern in Particle Physics at CEA, and work in Fluid Structure Interaction at Sorbonne Universités. A strong academic background is showcased with multiple degrees in Computational Mechanics and engineering from esteemed institutions including Institut Polytechnique de Paris and Politecnico di Milano. Maxime also has experience as a teacher tutor and lifeguard during early career stages.
