Amit Khare has a wealth of experience in project and program management, particularly in the field of Microsoft Project Online and MS PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) Competency. Amit started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2004, where they worked as a Consultant, specializing in Microsoft Project Server (MS EPM) implementation and customization. Amit then joined AsterMinds Enterprise Solutions, where they served as a Technical Project Manager and Microsoft Project Server Architect.

In 2011, Amit joined Cognizant as an IT Program Manager, Microsoft Project Online Architect, and MS PPM Competency Lead. Amit was responsible for workshop sessions with customers' PMOs to define requirements, implement project approval processes, and design and develop workflows. Amit also handled data migration and provided application support and maintenance. During their tenure, they effectively managed project scopes, schedules, and costs, and implemented processes and tools tailored to each project module.

In 2014, Amit took on the role of Technical Program Manager at Cognizant, where they continued to focus on Microsoft Project Server/Online configuration, demand management, and reporting using Power BI. Amit also contributed to data migration and solution architecture for various line of business applications, and provided deployment, configuration, and customization services for Project Server and SharePoint Server on Amazon Web Services.

Amit's next career move in 2017 was to Trusted IT Group, where they became the Director of IT Project Management and Application Development. In this role, they managed multiple development, maintenance, and support projects using both Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies. Amit was responsible for setting up PMO processes and reporting, implementing best practices for project management, and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In 2018, Amit joined Wicresoft as an Engagement Manager, overseeing product delivery and program management. Their responsibilities included managing project portfolios, teams, and customer engagement. Amit also joined OnePlan in 2020 as a Program Manager and Engagement Manager, where they continued to utilize their expertise in project and program management.

Throughout their career, Amit has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, mitigate risks, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Their technical skills in Microsoft Project Online, Project Server, and various other applications have made him a valuable asset in the field of project and program management.

Amit Khare completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 2000 to 2004. Amit also attended High School from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Amit Khare obtained several certifications, including the MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales from Microsoft in November 2020, the Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2020, the SAFe® 5 Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020, and the MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core from Microsoft in March 2020. Amit also holds certifications such as the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, Exam 74-343: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project from Microsoft, and MCP- Project Server Configuration from Microsoft.
