Jennifer Sghia-Hughes has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Jennifer started their career in 1988 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Stratus Computer and worked there until 2002. From 1994 to 2002, they also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Stratus. In 2005, Jennifer joined The Food Project as an Accountant and remained in that role until 2007. In the same year, they started working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Egenera, where they stayed until 2009. In 2006, they joined OnePIN, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Corporate Controller in 2015. Additionally, Jennifer worked as an Accountant at Zome Energy Networks from 2011 to 2012.

Jennifer Sghia-Hughes attended Wesleyan University from 1981 to 1985 where they studied an unspecified field of study. Later, they pursued an MBA in International Finance & Accounting from Bentley University and completed it in 1995.
