Joseph Sneed Jr. has a diverse work experience. Joseph started in 1996 in the US Navy as a Ship's Serviceman and served until 2000. In 2012, they worked as a Field Engineer (Information Technology) for Onepath LLC, where they installed and troubleshooted customer premise equipment. In 2015, they worked as a Production Intern at WPBT2 - South Florida PBS, assisting with production operations in the studio.

Joseph Sneed Jr.'s education history includes attending Hinds Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they enrolled at Barry University, majoring in Broadcasting/Emerging Media with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
