Tomy Busbiba has an extensive work experience in the field of DevOps engineering and system administration. Tomy started their career in 2011 as a System Administrator at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they were responsible for resolving critical incidents and also served as a Project Manager for training and knowledge management. Tomy then joined Guardicore in 2014, initially as a QA Engineer, where they wrote automated tests and performed manual verifications. Tomy later transitioned to a DevOps Engineer role, where they implemented and deployed DevOps processes for the organization, focusing on cloud infrastructure and on-prem environments. Tomy joined Bionic in 2021 as a DevOps Team Lead, managing a team of 6 engineers and 1 IT manager. Tomy was instrumental in a migration project from docker-compose to Kubernetes and developed work processes for R&D while maintaining production infrastructure. Most recently, Tomy is currently working at OneLayer as a DevOps Engineer.

Tomy Busbiba attended the IDF - School for Computer Professions (Basmach) in 2011. During this time, they completed an IT infrastructure management course (NTMM) with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administrator.
