Shikha Shinde is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the Business Head at Onelab Ventures since December 2023, where a strong focus lies on driving technological innovation and developing impactful business solutions for startups and tech-enabled enterprises. With a rich background in entrepreneurship, Shikha founded and led Rightmonc Services Pvt Ltd as CEO from July 2021 to December 2023 and previously held various roles, including Digital Marketing Manager at MentorStudents.org and Growth Lead at The Playbook.
