Sam Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Media and Finance Departments Intern at Grand River Dam Authority in 2006, where they designed advertisements and company logos. In 2007, they worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Vinita Daily Journal, designing newspaper advertisements for local businesses.
In 2008, Sam worked as a Valet Parking Attendant at AmeriPark, providing excellent customer service and efficiently completing tasks. They then moved on to Henry Wurst, Inc. in 2009, where they were a Customer Service Representative responsible for managing projects and interacting with customers.
After that, Sam joined Uhlig as an Account Manager, building and maintaining relationships with clients in the housing market. In 2010, they became a Client Service Leader at Martech, focusing on vendor management and quality control processes.
From 2010 to 2011, Sam worked at DocuMart Copies & Printing as a Digital Print Specialist, operating and maintaining printers and performing prepress work. They then joined O'Neil Digital Solutions in 2012 as a Production Control Coordinator, scheduling and coordinating workflow.
Over the years, Sam advanced at O'Neil Digital Solutions and held various roles, including Business Operations Manager and Lead Client Services Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Client Services Manager at the same company.
