Laura Laitinen-Warren has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura currently serves as the Director of Training & Development-Human Resources at Oneida Nation, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Laura was an Operations Analyst in Education & Training Administration at Oneida Nation from January 2022 to March 2023.

In 2021, Laura served as a Trustee on the Green Bay Area Public Schools Board of Education. From September 2017 to September 2020, they worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at Oneida Nation.

Laura has extensive experience with the Oneida Casino, where they held multiple roles. From December 2006 to September 2017, they served as the Training & Development Manager. Additionally, they held roles as a Safety Manager from May 2008 to December 2011 and as a Career Counselor from June 2003 to December 2006.

Early in their career, Laura worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from January 2006 to January 2007.

Laura Laitinen-Warren has a diverse education history. Laura holds an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) Certification in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Laura also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Leadership Studies from Marian University of Fond du Lac in 2022.

Furthermore, Laura has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Laura'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Laura Laitinen-Warren has also obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2009.
