Giovanni Harvey, B.S, currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Student Assembly of the State University of New York, leading the organization representing the interests of SUNY's student body. Giovanni is also involved with Oneida County Government as Coordinator, overseeing the employment of over 400 youth during the summer through the New York State TANF grant. Past roles include Senior Advisor to the President and Executive Director of Communications at Oneida County, as well as various positions at SUNY institutions, including co-founding the SUNY EOP Student Ambassador program. Giovanni has gained extensive experience through internships in governmental offices and leadership roles within student government, complemented by an educational background in communication and political science, with ongoing studies towards a Master's degree at the University at Albany.
