Raquel Pacheco-Tosana is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both religious leadership and customer service management. Currently serving as a Puerto Rico Catalyst at OneHope since January 2023, Raquel focuses on providing tools for evangelism and establishing a network of church leaders. In addition to this role, Raquel has been the Youth Pastor at Santurce Wesleyan Church since January 2021, emphasizing evangelism and discipleship for emerging generations. Previously, Raquel held academic positions as a Professor at Colegio Teologico Wesleyano, teaching courses on evangelism, discipleship, and missions. Raquel's career in customer service includes roles such as Call Center Manager and Service Center Manager at Triple-S, where compliance and operational efficiency were key responsibilities. Raquel holds a Master鈥檚 Degree in Translation from Universidad de Puerto Rico, a Master鈥檚 degree in Missions from Seminario Teol贸gico de Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Language and Literature from Universidad del Sagrado Coraz贸n.
