Renee Vai is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Postsecondary Leadership Coach at OneGoal since August 2022. Previous roles include Business Education Teacher at Oak Park & River Forest High School, where approximately 130 students were empowered through project-based and experiential learning, and Evaluation Faculty at Western Governors University, where competency-based assessment of Teacher College students was conducted. At Josephinum Academy of the Sacred Heart, Renee held multiple positions, including Director of Curriculum and Strategic Programs, where high-quality teaching and personalized student experiences were prioritized for a diverse student body. Additionally, teaching experiences span English and business subjects, with a focus on standards-based practices, student engagement, and data-driven instruction. Renee holds a Master’s degree in Teaching from National-Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business Administration from Dominican University.
