Dariga Zaikinova has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Research Assistant at Hong Kong Baptist University. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager in the Accounting and Law Department, where they organized workshops on Blockchain Technology in collaboration with external speakers. Dariga also worked as a Full Stack Developer at ONEFi (iPYGG), focusing on front-end development and integrating server-side APIs. Additionally, Dariga has experience as a Data Scientist at Super Chain - Ecommerce KPI Analytics, where they performed data preprocessing tasks and created visualizations using Dash. Before entering the professional workforce, they participated in a youth exchange program organized by Goethe-Institut, where they hosted a German student in Kazakhstan and attended Goetheschule Wetzlar in Germany.

Dariga Zaikinova completed their high school education at Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools from 2015 to 2021, obtaining a High School Diploma. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Hong Kong Baptist University, which they are expected to complete in the years 2021 to 2025. In terms of additional certifications, Dariga obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg in July 2023, as well as the GBA Fintech Talent Initiative certification from Bloomberg in March 2023.
