Debbie Fulton currently serves as Chief People Officer at Diversified, a position held since September 2023, leading strategic HR initiatives that align talent with the company's technology-focused direction. Previously, Debbie was the Chief Administrative Officer at FutureSolve from May 2022 to September 2023 and served as Chief People Officer at Motawi Tileworks from November 2020 to May 2022. In addition, Debbie owned and operated Vintage Vibe, LLC, a small business focused on interior design and furniture refurbishment from August 2014 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Neos Therapeutics and various HR positions at vhr, Blue Dawn Solutions, New Breed Logistics, and Target. Debbie holds an MBA in Operations Management from Oakland University and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Eastern Michigan University.
