Elle Fleming is an experienced marketing leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in consulting, mentoring, and co-founding innovative businesses. Currently serving as a Marketing Leader & Consultant at The WealthiTheir Network since April 2022, Elle advises on membership and marketing strategies aimed at empowering women's financial futures. Additionally, as an Entrepreneur in Residence and mentor at Oneday, Elle supports aspiring entrepreneurs in developing profitable ventures while obtaining their MBA. Elle co-founded Delics, which offers alternative pain management solutions, and previously held roles such as Senior Producer at R/GA for Nike, Co-founder of OpenVisa, and Senior Account Director at Noisy Beast. With a solid foundation in marketing management from former positions, including GM - Marketing at Coates Hire, Elle holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Technology Sydney and an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing from St Patrick's Business College.
