Helen's earlier roles include Operations Manager at Sentiro Ltd, overseeing business operations for a telecommunications reseller, and positions at Redstone as both Channel Account Manager and Internal Sales Account Manager, contributing to reseller partnerships and sales strategies. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Administration and Management and an HND in Business & Marketing from the University of the West of England, along with a GNVQ in Business Studies from Basingstoke College of Technology.
