Elle O'Shea is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and marketing with a current position as Senior Revenue Enablement Consultant at OneAdvanced, starting in November 2024. Prior to this, Elle served as Global Sales Enablement Manager at Convera, where responsibilities included leading the global sales enablement team, developing content and capability programs across various regions. Previously, Elle held roles at Western Union Business Solutions, initially as Senior Sales Enablement Specialist and then as Marketing Specialist, where significant contributions included the creation of collateral that generated additional revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Elle began a career in digital PR at Zazzle Media, quickly advancing to Senior Digital PR Executive before gaining experience in sales and marketing as an intern at Roleplay UK Limited. Educationally, Elle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Civilisation from the University of Leeds.
