Simeon Simeonov has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Economics, and Mathematics from Macalester College, and an International Baccalaureate in Mathematics, Physics, and Economics from Atlantic College (a.k.a., UWC of the Atlantic / United World Colleges). Simeon also attended an English Language School in Plovdiv.
