Jennifer Hanes is an experienced professional in program management and relations, currently serving as the Director of Programs & Agency Relations at One Warm Coat since September 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions including Membership & Society Relations Manager at the International Council of Ophthalmology and Social Worker II at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Jennifer's earlier career includes roles as MSW Case Supervisor at the American Red Cross and Outreach Coordinator at LOHADA, among others, with representation at global organizations like the UN, ILO, and WHO for the International Federation of Social Workers. Jennifer holds a Masters of Science in International Social Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from West Virginia University. Additionally, Jennifer participated in Semester At Sea through ISE.
