Denise is a Chartered Accountant with experience in the commercial sector advising a diverse range of owner-managed businesses and public and private companies. She spent six years working as Fundraising and Finance Director and as well as one year as Co-Director of Mango, an award-winning U.K.-based charity that works to strengthen the financial management and accountability of NGOs working in humanitarian relief and development all around the world. Denise now runs two family businesses and works as a strategic finance and fundraising consultant in the third sector. Projects have included working with Vision for a Nation in Rwanda, Daniel Barenboim’s West Eastern Divan Orchestra and Peace and Sport, based in Monaco. She is a trustee of OneVoice Europe, a director of Nisa-Nashim, the Jewish Muslim Women’s Network and the JW3 London Jewish Cultural Centre development board; she is a co-opted member of the Finance Committee of Trust for London; she was previously a member of World Jewish Relief’s Finance and Resources Committee for five years to September 2015; she also assists the Advisory Boards of Mitzvah Day, Lead, a division of the Jewish Leadership Council and is an alumni mentor at the LSE.
