What is our vision? To inspire meaningful lives by connecting people with purpose, whether that purpose is obtaining a job, finding a home that meets an individual’s needs and wants, or supporting personal interests.
 
We are a nonprofit organization that provides services to more than 550 individuals so they may achieve greater purpose and independence through personal choice and community involvement. Founded in 1971, our realm of services has evolved to include community-based personal and employment support for individuals with disabilities; the Children’s Autism Centers in Clear Lake and Fort Dodge; and many retail businesses that provide revenue for our organization and job opportunities for people we support. One Vision provides services in 30 Iowa communities including Clear Lake, Mason City, Fort Dodge, Eagle Grove and Humboldt. We employ approximately 600 staff, making our organization one of the largest employers in North Iowa.

The Development and Service Team at One Vision is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities through personalized support and community engagement. This team coordinates and implements employment services, personal development programs, and community-based initiatives to ensure individuals achieve greater independence and purpose. They work collaboratively to provide direct support, develop tailored service plans, and create employment opportunities that align with each individual’s goals and interests.
