The Vice Presidents at Capstone Communities, LLC, are responsible for overseeing and guiding the different divisions—Development, Construction, and Management—ensuring cohesive operations and alignment with the company's strategic goals. They provide high-level leadership, make critical decisions related to project acquisitions, pre-development due diligence, design, financing, construction, and property management, and ensure the successful delivery and performance of both student and conventional housing developments.
