Karen is our assistant director of community health. She is a native Rhode Islander, originally from Central Falls and now a Providence resident. She earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Rhode Island. Her focus has been to educate and encourage others in how to live a quality life in each role she plays. She has worked as a teacher, a milieu therapist for Bradley Hospital, and she is currently managing two small businesses as well as working as a wellness coach/personal trainer. Karen is Colombian and is fluent in Spanish and studied Portuguese as well.
