Jennifer Hubbard, LCSW, LAC, currently serves as the Lead Behavioral Health Specialist at One Medical, a position held since September 2021. Additionally, Jennifer has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Iora Health and a Behavioral Health Faculty and Provider at St. Anthony North Family Medicine Residency. Jennifer has also worked at Aurora Mental Health Center and served as a Prevention and Clinical Services MSW Intern at the Northern Colorado AIDS Project. Earlier in the career, Jennifer held various positions, including Clinical Behavior Coach and Foster Care Home Supervisor at Maple Star Colorado, and completed internships related to crisis services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas Woman's University.
