Heather Huggins is an experienced recruiting professional with a focus on technical and customer success hiring. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at One Medical since July 2018, Heather leads efforts in Product & Design recruitment while contributing to Analytics and other areas as needed. Prior experience includes a series of increasingly responsible roles at Docker, Inc., where Heather spearheaded Customer Success hiring, and at BrightRoll, where Heather worked as a Talent Engineer after the company was acquired by Yahoo!. Additional roles include Technical Recruiter at 33Across Inc. and Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners, with a strong background in recruiting for technology firms. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University.
