Caroline Carlson Delgross currently serves as Vice President of Medicare ACO Performance at One Medical, specializing in ACO REACH since August 2022. Caroline is also a member of Chief, an organization focused on empowering women executives. Prior to One Medical, Caroline was involved in Medicare Direct Contracting and ACO REACH initiatives at Clover Health and held a significant role at Blue Cross NC, overseeing healthcare finance operations, strategy, and compliance from June 2003 to January 2021. Earlier experiences include supporting cancer research at CODA Research, administrative support at Lockheed Martin, and clinical management at UNC Hospitals. Caroline's educational background includes a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a certificate in Health Insurance Executive from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from Syracuse University.
