Victoire Monziols has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Victoire started their career as the Founder and CEO of Pillowmid, a mini-company producing and selling tetrahedral pillows. Victoire participated in the design process and created a website for the product, and the company achieved success by ranking in the top 20 among other mini-companies in Belgium.

In 2018, Victoire joined Bocconi Students Arts Society as the Director of Blog and Newsletter, where they served until February 2020.

Following that, in 2019, they worked as a Marketing Associate for Prizle from July 2019 to March 2020.

During their college years, from April 2019 to December 2019, they served as the Vice President of Bocconi Behavioral Insights Association of Students (B.BIAS). From January 2020 to July 2020, they held the position of President in the same association.

In 2021, they joined Schoolab as an Innovation Consultant in October and stayed until March 2022.

Currently, starting from September 2022, Victoire is working as a Junior Strategy Consultant at One Man Support.

Victoire Monziols began their education at Università Bocconi in 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Sciences. Victoire successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2020.

Continuing their academic journey, Victoire enrolled at Maastricht University in 2020 to pursue a Master's degree in Human Decision Science. Their studies focused on understanding the factors influencing human decision-making behavior. Their tenure at Maastricht University lasted until 2021.

In 2021, Victoire commenced their studies at ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a Master's in Management. Their focus area was Business Administration and Management, providing their with a comprehensive understanding of general business practices. Victoire is expected to complete their degree in 2023.

In addition to their studies at ESSEC Business School, Victoire completed a Diploma of Education at Institut Catholique de Paris in 2022. Their diploma specialized in Entreprises et Bien Commun, further enhancing their knowledge in the intersection of businesses and the common good.
