Marcelo Luis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and service management, currently serving as Practice Manager at One Identity since August 2016. Marcelo has a proven track record of leading revenue-generating services and ensuring high customer satisfaction across various companies, including Dell Software and Quest Software. Prior roles include Professional Services Manager for Latin America at both Dell Software and Quest Software, and Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard, EDS Electronic Data Systems, and Peregrine Systems, where Marcelo managed significant IT projects and initiatives. Marcelo began a career in technology as a Senior System Analyst at Unibanco. Marcelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis from Universidade São Francisco, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
