Robert Bonay is an experienced professional in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Operations and HR Director for One Beyond in Hungary since the company's merger with JayStack in August 2022. With a strong background in enterprise software development and project management, Robert co-founded JayStack, where the organization expanded significantly, and later transitioned through its acquisition by DCSL GuideSmiths. As a member of the Board of Directors and Director of Enterprise Services at Avangrade Solutions Zrt, Robert has focused on agile software development and pre-sales consulting. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Sense/Net Ltd. and various positions in development and analysis at NTR Global and Microsoft. Robert's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Programming Mathematics from the University of Pannonia.
